Shaver Lake Camping
Shaver Lake is owned by Southern California Edison. The company operates the popular Camp Edison on a peninsula on the west side of the lake. Unlike most campgrounds, Camp Edison offers electricity to all its sites, along with cable TV, and internet to most sites.

Campgrounds are located at Shaver Lake and at nearby Dinkey Creek and Huntington Lake.
The best local RV Parks are also found in the Huntington Lake area.
A picnic area is included in the
Dorabelle Campground at Shaver Lake. The campground has recently been renovated. Other picnic sites are along Dinkey Creek.
Additional Sierra National Forest Offices are located in Prather (right on Highway 168) and at the High Sierra Visitor
Information Station on Kaiser Pass Road, 16 miles northeast of Huntington Lake.
